Return and Exchange Policy

 

At EB Denim, our goal is to help you find the perfect pair of jeans. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are free and returns will face a 5% restocking fee. 

 

Returned or exchanged merchandise must be returned new and unused with all original tags still attached. If the item appears worn, we will not be able to accept the return or exchange, and the item will be sent back to the original address on the order. Merchandise that has been altered or tailored in any manner cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note all orders placed during a sale are FINAL sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

Only merchandise from ebdenim.com will be accepted for returns or exchanges. Merchandise purchased from other specialty stores or department stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased.

 

All international orders are responsible for return shipping costs and international fees. 

 

* Due to the nature of being one-of-a-kind vintage pieces, for any vintage exchanges, we highly recommend you take note of the pieces measurements and yours to find a perfect fit. Please complete the steps below and email us regarding your preferences

Please follow the steps below to initiate an exchange. Here you can choose a different size, wash, style, or request store credit 

 

Exchange Process: 

1. Navigate to our exchange and return portal here

2. Enter your order number and zip code

3. Select the item you are sending back and complete the questionnaire

4. Select “Exchange for a new color or size” or select “Return item” to exchange for a new style or store credit and confirm

5. Print your return label and mail back the original item

6. Once we receive your exchange, we’ll then ship out your new items or issue you store credit

 

*Note: If you are entering a previously exchanged order number, please include the EB (ex: “EB1234”)

Return Process:

3. Select the item you are sending back and complete the questionnaire

4. Select “Return Item"

5. Confirm item you would like to return and select “Continue with Return”

6. If you would like store credit, select “Show Now” or select “Get $X” for a refund

7. Print your return label and mail back the original item

8. Once we receive your items, we’ll issue you store credit or you’ll receive your refund

Complimentary Alterations 

Finding a perfect pair of jeans is easy when you take quality denim and adjust it to your measurements. We offer complimentary alterations up to $25 for all reconstructed vintage jeans purchased from ebdenim.com on all orders within 30 days of when the order was received. Please email info@ebdenim.com with a photo of your alterations receipt along with your order number and we will issue you a refund for the cost of your alteration. Please note items that have been altered are no longer eligible for a return or an exchange.
