Refund policy
At EB Denim, our goal is to help you find the perfect pair of jeans.
Items purchased on ebdenim.com are eligible for return provided that the return is initiated within 7 days of the delivery date and in new condition, with all original tags attached. Merchandise that has been altered or tailored in any manner cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges are always free. Returns come with a 5% restocking fee, while store credit returns will take a $10 restocking fee.
Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
Please note, all sale items are final sale as noted on the product pages.
Domestic Returns: You can access our returns and exchanges portal here. To do so, please have your order number and zip code handy.
International Returns: Please note that all international returns and exchanges are responsible for purchasing their own return label.
Route Shipping Protection:
If you choose to add Route Shipping Protection at checkout, please note that this is a non-refundable service. Route provides package protection and order tracking to cover issues such as lost, stolen, or damaged items once they are shipped.

Refunds/Removals: Once purchased, Route Shipping Protection cannot be refunded or removed from your order, even if coverage is not used.

Claims: Any claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be submitted directly through Route. Instructions on how to file a claim are included in your order confirmation email.
By purchasing Route Shipping Protection, you agree to the terms set by Route and understand that this service is separate from EB Denim’s refund or return policies.
