Refund Policy

 

At EB Denim, our goal is to help you find the perfect pair of jeans. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are always free. Returns come with a 5% restocking fee, while store credit returns will take a $10 restocking fee.

PLEASE NOTE ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Any orders placed with a discount code of 30% off or more are only eligible for store credit. Double marked items (sale on sale) are final sale. 

You can access our returns and exchanges portal here. To do so, please have your order number and zip code handy. Please note that all international returns and exchanges are responsible for purchasing their own return label.

Returned or exchanged merchandise must be returned new and unused with all original tags still attached. Merchandise that has been altered or tailored in any manner cannot be returned or exchanged. Once we receive your return back to our showroom or warehouse, your return or exchange will then be initiated.

Only merchandise from ebdenim.com will be accepted for returns or exchanges. Merchandise purchased from other specialty stores or department stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased.

All orders placed during 2024 Black Friday and Cyber Monday are eligible for store credit ONLY. No returns or exchanges are accepted. Any items on sale, or any double marked products (additional discounts on top of sale) purchased are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
